Director Support Academy was founded by Carrie Casey to help new owners & directors. We love working with child care programs to maximize the opportunities available. Whether that is opening a new center, expanding an existing one, or increasing the functionality or profit in your center. We also create new products and systems based on the feedback from our clients.
Carrie is a wife and mother two adult daughters, and is a long-time Austinite. At the age of three, Carrie decided she would have a day care center when she grew up. It took her a while to make that plan a reality, but she did at the age of 22. Carrie has had 4 child care centers caring for hundreds of families, and started training teachers from other centers as well as her own. Carrie has also worked in a parent co-operative, a franchise company, had a registered family home, and school district ECE programs.
